photo week 7

By Kamil Tamiola
The ice tunnel has great contrast and detail from the water. The ice climber stands out well with his clothing too.

Leading lines and framing

These are photos of leading lines and framing. The leading lines look cool for somebody to look at. Because your eyes travel to the back of the photo from the path, gravel path, and road. The lights and shadows are awesome to look at too.

The frames where hard to find. There where barely any thing I found that framed out something. The cool ones like the tunnel and the tree emulate framing. The bridge I thought emulated framing but it did not unfortunately. Still the other two are pretty good.

letter art

The Letter project helped me search my surroundings for objects great for photos. The pictures look awesome and have good detail. The only letter I have a problem with is the k because of the blurry photo.
Overall the collage looks awesome.

Photo of the week 6

Kayaking Extreme Sports National Geographic
This photo is by Tyler Bradt Tomata kayaking photo in mexico. What I like about this photo is the detail of the waterfall and the guy kayaking down in it feels surreal sort of.Overall the photo looks awesome.

Rule of Thirds

Rule of Thirds

This is the rule of thirds project that we did for class. What I like about these photos are the brightness was toned down a little big to show shadows. Some have lighting that shows massive detail to the pictures.
For an example the tree photos had great lighting and shadow contrast in there.

I used rule of thirds to have detail in the corners or horizon lines. All the details are crammed in the picture in one place to look awesome. The different lights and shadows that blend with each other is awesome. Some of the pictures where up close to the objects also to show detail.

What i could change was the fuzziness in one photo. The other two are a little too bright and mask some detail. also the berries are a little fuzzy to and one of the leaves are too bright for the picture, but overall the pictures are awesome.

Photo of the week 5

Taken by Grant Grunderson

What I like about this photo is the reflection and shadows caused by the sun on the snow. There is massive detail in this picture, like the rocks and trees and the snowboarder going down the side of the mountain.
